Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We aim to make the shipping process as straightforward as possible, ensuring that you can shop with confidence. Whether you're treating yourself or sending a gift to a friend, we've got you covered. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and local pickup. Weekends and holidays excluded.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100. 

Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer in control or responsible for your package. Therefore, we are not to be held liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Please ensure that you have provided all of the correct shipping information. Tracking information will be provided through e-mail, so please be sure to sign up for e-mail notifications. If you do not see an e-mail from us, please be sure to look in your spam or junk folder as well.

Damaged Items -

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive any damaged item(s), you must contact us through e-mail within 3 (three) business days of receiving your item(s), and the damaged item(s) must still have the tags and/or barcode stickers attached and must not have been used or worn.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fair to Middlin' Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, our return and exchange policy is here to make the process hassle-free. We believe that offering a transparent and simple refund or exchange policy builds trust and confidence in our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to make sure your shopping experience with us is nothing short of amazing.

All items must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Items must still have tags and/or barcode stickers intact.

  • Items must be free of stains, deodorant, makeup, animal hair, cigarette smoke, and perfume.

     

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be sure to provide proper packing material to keep shoe boxes protected from shipping and handling.

 

Items that are NOT eligible for return:

  •  Holiday, sale, discounted, or customized items

  •  Jewelry

  •  Swimwear

  •  Intimates

  •  Perfumes

  •  Cosmetics

  •  Gift cards

  •  Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer

Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to In-Store Credit.

Buyer must include a copy of the invoice with order being returned. Return item(s) are eligible for store credit ONLY, and returns must be postmarked within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive your shipment. If any returns are postmarked after the 14 days from the date you receive your shipment, your return will be rejected, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to receive your merchandise back. An invoice for the shipping costs will be e-mailed to you, and you will have 14 (fourteen) days to pay. If payment is not received within the 14 days, we will keep your items and donate to a charity of our choosing.

 

Any and all shipping costs will NOT be included in the returned store credit amount. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items to the store and for all items, if any, being shipped back to the buyer. 

Return items are only eligible within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive your shipment. If any items are returned after the 14 days, they will be mailed back to you at the buyer's expense of shipping costs. 

 

Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card for in-store shopping or a Coupon Code for online shopping. Store credit never expires.

 

Return restrictions can be placed on accounts that have exceeded the threshold for returns. If you have returned more than $1,000 of merchandise in a 6 (six) month period of time, or you have sent back over 40% of the value of your purchases made in a 6-month period of time, your account will be subject to a modified return policy.  We will still accept back returns under the modified return policy. However, if you pass the threshold, your returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Final Sale

  • Anything in sale items, flash sale, or clearance

  • Any items purchased with gift card or in-store credit

  • Hats and Hair Accessories

  • Any earrings and eyewear

  • Bathing suits

  • Bralettes and Intimate Items

  • Seasonal Items (holiday items)

  • Any item with protective sealing, casing, or shrink wrap 

In-Store Pickup Policy

The customer must provide the name on the order and a copy of the invoice in order to pick up their order. 

Customers will have thirty (30) days to pick up their order. If the customer does not pick up their order within the allotted time period, the customer will forfeit their purchased items, and the items will be donated to a charity of our choice without notification or warning. After ten (10) days from purchase date, the customer will automatically become ineligible for returns or exchanges.

The consumer is responsible to pick up their order in a timely manner. If you want to exchange a store pickup item, please refer to our Return Policy.
